Anne Roche joined the firm in 2003 and is the Director of Operations. She is responsible for accounting, payroll and benefits, 401(k) administration, and human resources management. Anne graduated from Mount Holyoke College and, prior to joining MBBB, managed the payroll and benefits for a large firm. Anne enjoys working in a small, very collaborative firm and handling a variety of tasks in the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Anne belongs to the Association of Legal Administrators and has served on various committees of the A.L.A. Boston Chapter through the years. She was part of the Web and Communications Committee for five years, served on the Nominating Committee for two years, and currently serves on the Member Relations Committee. Anne also was a member of the committee that organized the 2015 A.L.A. Educational Conference in Boston.
Anne and her husband are season ticket holders for Boston College men’s basketball and enjoy rooting for the Eagles. As longtime Boston residents, they also participate in neighborhood associations and community activities.
