John Carroll Appointed to Commission on Judicial Conduct

The Supreme Judicial Court announced that MBBB attorney John Carroll is one of three attorneys that have been appointed to the Commission on Judicial Conduct (CJC) by the Chief Justice of the Trial Court.  The Commission on Judicial Conduct is the state agency responsible for investigating complaints of judicial misconduct and, when necessary, for recommending disciplinary actions insuring judicial independence and public accountability. Leo Boyle Named one of the State’s Most Influential Attorneys by Mass Lawyers Weekly

Boyle was honored to be included alongside Governor Deval Patrick, judges, many state and U.S. representatives and senators, and several local politicians. House of Delegates Meeting Features Ceremonial Passing of The Gavel

Massachusetts Bar Association President Edward W. McIntyre ceremoniously passed the gavel to Valerie A. Yarashus at the May 21 House of Delegates meeting at MassMutual Center in Springfield.
