Braintree – Who can be held accountable?

MBBB attorney Brad Henry was interviewed by the Patriot Ledger regarding whether the families of the victims of accused Alabama shooter Amy Bishop can sue Braintree and Massachusetts authorities. Henry says Braintree’s handling of the 1986 Bishop are not grounds for legal action.

Leo Boyle Named one of the State’s Most Influential Attorneys by Mass Lawyers Weekly

Boyle was honored to be included alongside Governor Deval Patrick, judges, many state and U.S. representatives and senators, and several local politicians. House of Delegates Meeting Features Ceremonial Passing of The Gavel

Massachusetts Bar Association President Edward W. McIntyre ceremoniously passed the gavel to Valerie A. Yarashus at the May 21 House of Delegates meeting at MassMutual Center in Springfield. Yarashus, the current President-elect, will succeed to president on Sept. 1 for the 2009-2010 association year.
