Peter Ainsworth joined the firm as an attorney in 2003, after volunteering his time as a law student assisting with the firm’s several pro bono claims before the federal Victim Compensation Fund (“VCF”), helping families who lost loved ones in the September 11th tragedies. He was instrumental in working with Trial Lawyers Care in NYC and Washington to develop and implement guidelines for the claims filing process. He also worked on each of the twenty VCF cases handled by MBBB. Since then, he has continued his commitment to helping those in need by actively participating in the firm’s medical malpractice, product liability and general liability cases. He enjoys working closely with clients, investigators and experts in developing cases and preparing them for trial, arbitration or mediation. Mr. Ainsworth was named a Director of the firm in 2011.
