Experienced And Respected:

Leo Boyle, was recently selected by the Boston Globe as one of Boston’s Best Lawyers. In addition, in September 2007, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly named Attorney Boyle as one of the most influential lawyers of the last 35 years, which is consistent with prior awards for his success as a trial attorney in Massachusetts. In 1998 the same publication recognized Attorney Boyle as one of the most influential lawyers over the last 25 years, and Lawyers Weekly USA recognized Attorney Boyle in 2001 as one of ten "Lawyers of the Year" for his leadership as President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) in the aftermath of the September 11 terrorist attacks. In addition, like many of the other attorneys in the firm, Attorney Boyle has been included on the SuperLawyers® list ever since the beginning of its publication in Massachusetts.

Peter J. Black, was selected by the American Trial Lawyers Association for inclusion in its 2007 Top 100 Trial Lawyers for the state of Massachusetts. In addition, Attorney Black has been included on the SuperLawyers® list ever since the beginning of its publication in Massachusetts.

Michael B. Bogdanow, is a member of the Joint Bar Committee on Judicial Appointments in Massachusetts, and has served as Co-Chair of the Litigation Section of the Boston Bar Association. Attorney Bogdanow has been asked to serve on numerous legal educations panels and to contribute to several publications. He has also been included on the SuperLawyers® list every since the beginning of its publication in Massachusetts, and was recognized in a full page article in the “SuperLawyers®” Magazine, commending him for his versatility and range of accomplishments as a well-known author, artist and musician.

Bradley M. Henry, was selected by the American Trial Lawyers Association for inclusion in its 2007 Top 100 Trial Lawyers for the state of Massachusetts. In addition, Attorney Henry has been included on the SuperLawyers® list several times.

Serving The Community:

Leo V. Boyle, serves on the Court Management Advisory Board, and is a past-president of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New England Bar Association, and Trial Lawyers Care, Inc. Attorney Boyle was awarded the 2004 Public Justice Achievement Award by the organization Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, the 2001 David S. Casey, Jr. Consumer Advocate Award from the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego at their annual meeting for his work on behalf of victims of September 11. Attorney Boyle also spent several years as a member and President of the Boston College Law School Alumni Association.

Peter J. Black, is a former President of the Massachusetts chapter of the Federal Bar Association., and Vice Chair of the Aviation and Space Law Committee of the American Bar Association. Attorney Black also served our nation as an officer in the U. S. Navy and spent five years as a naval aviator, completing 150 combat missions in Vietnam.

Michael B. Bogdanow, is a member of the Joint Bar Committee on Judicial Appointments in Massachusetts and is a former Co-Chair of the Litigation Section of the Boston Bar Association. Attorney Bogdanow also served as president of the Massachusetts chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and as a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys committee on education. He has also devoted a significant amount of time to the work of the Massachusetts Bar Association, serving as Education Chair, and as Vice-Chair of the Civil Litigation Section. Attorney Bogdanow is also an award-winning artist whose work is exhibited world-wide.

John J. Carroll, is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) House of Delegates and the Executive Committee, as well as a member of the Association’s Judicial Administration Committee. Attorney Carroll is a Hearing Officer for the Board of Bar Overseers, and serves as a panel member for the American Arbitration Association. Attorney Carroll, a long time supporter of increasing access to legal representation for the indigent, sits on the board of directors for the Greater Boston Legal Services, and is an Oliver Wendell Holmes Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation.

Brad M. Henry, is a former National Deputy Section Coordinator in the Federal Bar Association (FBA). Attorney Henry has also served in the House of Delegates of both the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.

Suleyken D. Walker is a steering committee member of the Boston Bar Association's Litigation Section and serves as co-chair of the Section’s Public Policy Committee. Attorney Walker also serves on the Association's legislative advisory board and was appointed in 2007 to serve on the Association's task force on the right to counsel in civil cases. Attorney Walker recently completed a one-year fellowship as a member of the BBA's Public Interest Leadership Program.
