At the same time, they hold a broader goal: to use the hard lessons learned from these cases to help improve the community and make the world a little safer. MBBB is a selective law firm focusing its resources on a small number of cases with the potential to change market policies. The Firm's HistoryMeehan, Boyle, Black & Bogdanow was formed in 1985 as Meehan, Boyle & Cohen, P.C. The founders had practiced law together in a large Boston firm, but felt they could create greater esprit de corps and better serve clients in the atmosphere of a small firm. For more than 20 years, the foresight of the founders has proven true. After James Meehan retired from the active practice of law, and Cynthia Cohen became an Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the firm's name changed to Meehan, Boyle, Black & Fitzgerald. Warren Fitzgerald opened a solo settlement counsel practice and dispute resolution business on January 1, 2007. His longtime colleagues wish him the best of luck and success. With Warren’s departure, firm name was changed to Meehan, Boyle, Black & Bogdanow to honor the many achievements and contributions of its Managing Partner, Michael Bogdanow. Although its name has changed over the years, the firm’s character remains the same, with its focus on excellent service to clients and being mindful of the positive impact of each case on society at large. |
