Attorney Profiles

Before joining Meehan, Boyle, Black & Bogdanow, P.C. as an attorney in December of 2003, Mr. Ainsworth volunteered his time between studies to assist with the firm's several pro bono claims before the federal Victim Compensation Fund, helping families who lost loved ones in the September 11th tragedies. Since then, he has continued his commitment to helping those in need by actively participating in the preparation and trial of the firm's medical malpractice, product liability and general liability cases. He has extensive courtroom experience, having sat second chair at many of the firm's trials since his first year as an associate. More recently, he has acted as lead trial counsel on several complex wrongful death and medical malpractice suits. Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Ainsworth enjoys working closely with clients, investigators and experts in developing cases and preparing them for trial, arbitration or mediation.
